Job Summary

The Production Helper – Savoury & Bread Production is responsible for assisting in the preparation, production, baking, packaging, and handling of savoury and bread products while maintaining quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for bread and savoury production.
- Support dough mixing, kneading, moulding, shaping, and baking processes.
- Assist in the preparation of fillings, toppings, and savoury products as per production requirements.
- Carry out weighing, portioning, and packaging of finished products.
- Ensure production equipment, trays, and workstations are clean and sanitized.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area as per food safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods.
- Report any machine malfunction, quality issues, or material shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks within timelines.
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.





Required Skills

- Basic understanding of bakery or food production processes.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift materials when required.
- Team player with a disciplined and responsible attitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Qualification

- Minimum: Class VIII / X Pass.
- Prior experience in bakery, savoury, or food manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in bakery, bread, savoury, or food production.
- Freshers willing to learn may also apply.

Working Conditions

- Factory-based role.
- Standing for extended periods and handling production materials.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as per company guidelines.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
