Job Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hospital’s services, increasing patient engagement, building strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, and supporting business growth initiatives. The role involves planning and executing marketing activities, coordinating outreach programs, strengthening brand visibility, and maintaining positive public relations for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the hospital’s healthcare services, specialities, and facilities to the public and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, corporate organisations, and community groups.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, health camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities.
- Visit clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and organisations for business development and referral generation.
- Monitor patient feedback and market trends to improve marketing strategies.
- Organise and coordinate events, CME programs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain records of marketing activities, referrals, and campaign performance.




- Ensure proper branding and visibility of the hospital in all promotional activities.
- Coordinate with different hospital departments for the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports for management review.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare marketing is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Robust interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Good organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
- Willingness to travel for marketing activities and field visits.

Package

- Attractive salary plus incentive

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
