JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities • Lead design, development, and implementation of automation frameworks using Python • Build scalable solutions for test automation (UI, API, backend) and process automation • Integrate AI/ML-based approaches for test optimization, defect prediction, and self-healing scripts • Drive automation strategy, roadmap, and best practices across teams • Collaborate with Dev, QA,



and business stakeholders for requirement analysis • Mentor team members and ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) • Manage execution, reporting, and continuous improvement of automation coverage • Evaluate and implement up-to-date tools (Selenium, Playwright, PyTest, etc.) Required Skills • Strong programming expertise in Python • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / PyTest • Experience in API automation (REST, Postman, Requests library) • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts (NLP, predictive models, anomaly detection) • Exposure to AI-driven automation tools (self-healing frameworks, GenAI-based testing) • Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), containerization (Docker)
