About the Role

The Senior Teacher (Mathematics) is responsible for ensuring high teaching quality through

session audits, mentoring and training teachers, recommending curriculum improvements,

supporting parents, driving renewals, and maintaining high CSAT.

Key Responsibilities

- Audit live Mathematics sessions and provide structured feedback.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching and training for teachers.
- Identify learning gaps and recommend curriculum enhancements.
- Implement academic best practices and quality standards.
- Resolve parent queries in coordination with relevant teams.




- Track renewal opportunities and support retention initiatives.
- Drive high CSAT through proactive parent engagement.
- Prepare audit reports and collaborate with academic and operations teams.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of teaching or academic quality experience, with
- mentoring/coaching exposure preferred.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
