Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA/QC Executive to support quality assurance and quality control activities across raw materials, in-process production, and finished products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in laboratory testing, quality inspections, process monitoring, and documentation within the clay or industrial minerals industry. The role requires close coordination with Production, Mining, and Technical teams to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine quality inspections and laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Ensure products meet established quality standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct physical and chemical analysis of clay and mineral products as per standard testing procedures.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, and quality documentation.
- Monitor process quality and report deviations to the QA/QC Manager.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production and Mining teams to maintain product consistency.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Follow and support ISO 9001 quality management system requirements and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle quality-related customer concerns by supporting investigations and corrective actions.




- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines within the laboratory.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Geology, Ceramic Engineering, Material Science, Mineral Processing, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within the clay, kaolin, ball clay, ceramic raw materials, or industrial minerals industry.
- Knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with moisture analysis, particle size analysis, brightness testing, LOI, and basic chemical analysis.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 documentation and quality systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and laboratory reporting.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in mineral processing or clay manufacturing plants.
- Knowledge of XRF, XRD, and other mineral characterization techniques will be an advantage.
- Understanding of statistical quality control tools and quality improvement methodologies.
- Ability to interpret laboratory results and recommend corrective actions.
- Positive teamwork and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹9,625.68 - ₹37,265.86 per month
