- Control of production process parameters

- Statutory Compliances of Distillery & Effluent Treatment plant operations
- MIS
- Raw Material & finished product-monitoring
- Effluent Management-treatment & disposal system
- Warehousing

Key interdependencies

- Internal-Engg, Finance, Mktg, Sugar Process

External-Prohibition/Excise departments, PCB &Safety; Depts

Profile:

Specialization in Alcohol Chemistry and a work experience of a minimum Ten years experience in Distillery Plants, Process Industries

Knowledge

Technical: Fermentation, Distillation, Effluent Treatment Systems (MEE& CPU), Utility sections, Boiler operations, Distribution and electrical systems

Legal- rules and statutes

Preferably handled both atmospheric and multi-pressure distillation processes and products to include rectified spirit, ENA and absolute alcohol
