Semiconductor Product Development Engineer will be responsible for developing production test solutions for a wide range of semiconductor products ranging from small analog devices to system-on-chips with high digital and high-performance analog content. - Key Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- 3+ Years of work experience in semiconductor test development
- Experience in Advantest V93K is required
- Should have working knowledge in smartRDI (V93K programming language)
- Semiconductor analog test experience with focus in power

- Responsibilities

- Test planning, test hardware development, test software development,



test solution debug and test solution offload to wafer fabs and final-test factories.
- Working under the supervision and mentorship of very experienced professionals.
- Working in a global cross-functional team with great opportunity for skilled growth through travel, interaction with customers, design and system teams and close coordination with semiconductor factories.

- Additional Requirements

- Strong hardware and software knowledge
- Very good debug and statistical knowledge
- Strong analytical and communication skills
