Position Overview :
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and converting enquiries into successful bookings. This role involves understanding client requirements, recommending suitable photography and cinematography packages, conducting client meetings, and ensuring every interaction reflects the service standards of Magic Motion Media. The Sales Executive will work closely with the Sales Team to achieve assigned sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
● Generate recent leads through networking, referrals, events, and other business development initiatives.
● Convert prospective leads into successful bookings by understanding client requirements and proposing the most suitable packages.
● Meet with prospective clients to understand their expectations and guide them in selecting the package that best suits their requirements.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
● Expand the company's reach by actively networking and building meaningful connections with potential clients and industry contacts.
● Conduct client meetings, consultations, and presentations to effectively communicate the company's offerings and services.
● Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth client handling and timely follow-ups.
● Ensure that all client interactions and commitments are aligned with the service standards and values of Magic Motion Media.
● Achieve the lead generation and conversion targets assigned by the management.
● Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups.
● Provide regular updates on sales activities, lead progress, and client feedback to the management.

Requirements :




● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
● Completion of a Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM) in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
● 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role.
● Freshers with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
● Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
● Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
● Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking activities, as required. Preferred Skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
