Job Description

We’re hiring highly motivated, organized self-starters to support our US operations and go-to-market efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys execution, takes initiative, and communicates clearly.

You’ll work closely with our US team to support prospecting, outreach coordination, follow-ups, and research—including data enrichment and gathering relevant information needed for sales, partnerships, and customer conversations.

This is a remote, high-ownership role. You don’t need deep technical skills, but you do need strong judgment, attention to detail, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and Data Enrichment
- Follow instructions and complete assigned work on time
- Coordinate with team members as required
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in daily tasks

Requirements

- Work Ex - No strict requirement, but 1–3 years of experience is preferred (operations, research, sales support, outreach, admin support, or similar)
- strong motivation, communication, and high ownership are welcome to apply
- Self-starter mindset: You don’t wait to be chased; you follow through and ask smart questions when needed
- Organized and detail-oriented: You can manage tasks, trackers, and small process workflows reliably
- Strong communication: Clear, professional English (written + verbal)
- Good judgment and common sense: You can make practical decisions and flag issues early
- Comfortable working remotely: You can work independently

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
