Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and verification of RA Bills, Final Bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Quantity calculation and measurement verification as per approved drawings and site execution.
- Preparation of BOQ reconciliation and material reconciliation statements.
- Monitoring structural works related to bridges, ROBs, RUBs, retaining walls, culverts, and other railway structures.
- Handling royalty calculations and maintaining records of minerals/material consumption.
- Verification of royalty challans, transit permits, and statutory compliance related to construction materials.
- Coordination with site execution teams for work progress and billing status.
- Preparation and submission of client billing documents as per contract conditions.
- Checking and certification of vendor/subcontractor measurements.
- Preparation of variation statements, extra item claims, and escalation data.
- Ensuring compliance with railway specifications, IRC codes, IS standards, and contract requirements.
- Coordination with planning, QA/QC, and survey teams for quantity validations.
- Preparation of DPRs, WPRs,



and monthly progress reports related to billing and structural works.
- Assisting Project Manager in commercial and contractual matters related to executed works.

Required Skills:· Strong knowledge of railway construction and structural works.· Expertise in billing procedures, quantity surveying, and reconciliation.· Knowledge of royalty calculations and statutory compliance.· Familiarity with railway contracts and billing procedures.· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software.· Good understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and tender items.· Solid analytical and documentation skills.· Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and site teams. Preferred Exposure:

- Indian Railways / RVNL / DFCCIL / Metro / Railway EPC projects.
- Experience in bridge and structural billing works.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying, preferably in Railway projects.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
