Job Title: IT Executive

Location: Ranihati, Howrah
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide remote and on-site IT support across head office, factories, warehouses, and branch locations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, IP phones, and CCTV systems.
- Manage LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, Static & Energetic IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and MPLS connectivity.
- Administer Windows, Linux, and macOS environments along with Google Workspace and business applications.
- Monitor and maintain servers, cloud/VPS infrastructure, backups, disaster recovery, and SMTP configuration.
- Ensure network security, user access control, data protection, and IT policy compliance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, coordinate procurement, vendor management, AMC renewals, and hardware/software upgrades.




- Provide technical guidance to users and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations with minimal downtime.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in IT administration, system support, and network management.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, firewall management, VPN configuration, Static & Dynamic IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and network security.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, macOS, Google Workspace, servers, cloud/VPS, and backup management.
- Experience in hardware installation, troubleshooting, IT asset management, and multi-location IT support.
- CCNA-level networking knowledge preferred.
- Exposure to CCTV systems, information security, and IT policy implementation will be an advantage.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Location: Ranihati, Howrah

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
