We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team at SS Buildtech Ventures Pvt. Ltd. with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in site execution, coordination, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Ensure timely execution of civil, plumbing, and finishing works as per project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor workmanship, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Review drawings and ensure work is executed in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Indian Standards (IS Codes) and construction best practices.




- Prepare site reports, reconciliations, and resolve on-site technical issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in construction site engineering.

Strong knowledge of:

Civil and plumbing works

Finishing works

Site execution and coordination

Site management

Indian Standard (IS) Codes

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
