Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Zoho Books, Tally, GST, TDS, and related accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books and Tally
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records
- Handle GST filings and ensure statutory compliance
- Manage TDS deductions, filings, and related compliance
- Work on Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) transactions
- Assist with ROC filings and company compliance activities
- Handle Advance Tax calculations and payments
- Independently coordinate and resolve audit queries
- Manage PF & ESI compliance
- Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Ensure timely completion of financial and compliance-related tasks
Required Skills
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Hands-on experience with Tally
- Knowledge of Zoho Books
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
