- Prepare and cook South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, curries, biryanis, and chutneys.
- Ensure authenticity in taste, presentation, and cooking techniques.
- Supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers, guiding them in food preparation.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory of spices, ingredients, and kitchen supplies specific to South Indian cuisine.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and update menus.
- Control portion sizes and minimize food wastage.
- Handle guest requests or special dietary requirements related to South Indian food.
- Train staff on traditional recipes, cooking methods, and plating styles.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
