Job Description:
GTech Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Technical Support Executive with experience in voice-based customer support. The candidate must have hands-on experience in upselling or cross-selling while handling customer queries.
Eligibility Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a Voice Process, BPO or Customer Support
- Upselling or cross-selling experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable working from the office in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata
- Immediate joiners are preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
