Overview of Job

We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Developer with 1 to 3+ years of experience to join our innovative team. As a Machine Learning Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms that drive our products and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers and product managers, to create scalable and efficient machine learning solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Model Development: Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Data Preparation: Preprocess and analyze large datasets, ensuring data quality, consistency, and relevancy for training models.
- Feature Engineering: Develop and select features for machine learning models that improve model accuracy and performance.
- Model Evaluation: Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and refine models based on performance outcomes.
- Deployment: Collaborate with software engineers to deploy models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science to implement cutting-edge techniques and tools.




- Collaboration: Work with data scientists, software developers, and product teams to integrate machine learning capabilities into various products and services.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, data science, or a related role.
- Strong experience in handling large datasets and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models, including regression, classification, clustering and deep learning techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented workplace with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment of ML models.
