Mechanical Engineer (Diploma / B.Tech – Mechanical)

Experience : 5 to 8 years

- Diploma or B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Good knowledge of mechanical equipment erection, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Ability to review mechanical drawings, GA drawings, P&IDs;, equipment layouts, and technical specifications.
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing mechanical works.
- Good knowledge of the erection of pumps, chillers, compressors, cooling towers, piping systems, tanks, structural works, and other mechanical equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical safety standards and general site safety requirements.
- Experience in supervising contractors and ensuring smooth execution of mechanical activities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Electrical, Civil, Operations, and Maintenance.
- Valuable understanding of Work Permit Systems (WPS), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Knowledge of quality control, inspection requirements, and mechanical construction standards.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities





- Review and verify mechanical drawings, specifications, and installation procedures.
- Plan and monitor the erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all mechanical works are completed safely, within budget, and according to project schedules.
- Conduct risk assessments and prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for mechanical activities.
- Ensure compliance with Work Permit Systems and company safety requirements.
- Monitor equipment alignment, installation quality, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Resolve site issues and provide technical support during construction and commissioning.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Civil, and Operations teams for seamless project execution.
- Ensure proper documentation, inspection records, and project completion reports are maintained.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
