Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of domestic and international travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist clients in planning memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle travel inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Assist clients with domestic and international holiday packages
- Provide information on flights, hotels, visas, transport, and itineraries
- Prepare customized travel quotations and packages
- Coordinate bookings and ensure smooth travel arrangements
- Maintain client records and follow up with customers
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service
- End-to-end responsibility for handling on-ground clients and tour operations

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and booking procedures
- Ability to work on MS Excel, emails, and travel portals
- Customer handling and coordination skills
- Prior experience in travel industry is preferred
