Dear Aspirant,

We are currently hiring for an Ecommerce Executive role at Net Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Andheri East, Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations including cataloguing, inventory management, returns, RTO tracking, and order operations across multiple marketplaces.
- Raise, track, and manage SPF claims as per marketplace guidelines to ensure maximum claim recovery and timely reimbursement processing.
- Collect and validate supporting documents such as invoices, PODs, customer communication, return proofs, and logistics evidence for successful SPF claim submission.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, finance, and marketplace teams for claim validation, escalations, and resolution.
- Analyse SPF claim rejections, fraud cases, return discrepancies, courier issues, and operational gaps to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor SPF approval and rejection trends and recommend preventive measures to minimize future claim losses.
- Follow up regularly with marketplace support teams for pending claims, escalations, TAT breaches, and reimbursement closures.




- Maintain accurate SPF trackers, RTO files, return trackers, and claim documentation for reporting and audit purposes.
- Proactively monitor transactions, returns, and RTO movements to identify potential SPF risks at an early stage.
- Ensure accurate product listings, catalog hygiene, inventory sync, and smooth order fulfillment operations.
- Maintain strong coordination with marketplace and brand POCs to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Analyse competitor activities, product visibility, and marketplace performance to improve business growth and operational efficiency.
- Maintain account health by monitoring customer reviews, queries, and compliance with marketplace policies.
- Prepare regular operational reports related to SPF claims, inventory, returns, catalog health, and marketplace performance.
- Drive process improvements, compliance adherence, and risk mitigation initiatives to reduce operational losses and improve efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
