## Working Hours

* *10:00 AM – 6:00 PM*

* *1 Weekly Off*

## Salary

*₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month*

(Based on experience and interview performance)

## Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate business leads.

* Handle inbound enquiries regarding the company's security services.

* Explain Lethal Weapon K9 Security's services, including security guards, K9 security, and facility management solutions.

* Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.

* Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales/business development team.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update lead details.

* Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

## Eligibility

* Previous experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, Sales Executive,



or in a similar role is *preferred*. Freshers can also apply.

* Excellent communication skills in *Bengali and Hindi*. Basic English communication will be an added advantage.

* Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.

* Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

* Ability to work independently

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
