Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Executive to support day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, payroll, HR administration, employee records, onboarding, and compliance with applicable labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation.
- Process monthly payroll and maintain attendance records.
- Support employee engagement and HR administration activities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
- Assist with statutory compliance and HR-related reporting.
- Coordinate employee induction and training activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to support smooth HR processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of HR Operations experience in a manufacturing company.




- Good understanding of payroll processing, HR operations, and labor compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of employee lifecycle management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In office – Ecotech-VI, Kasna, Greater Noida

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
