Zscaler Proxy Administration and Policy Enforcement
Knowledgeable in managing day-to-day operations of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), including URL filtering, access control policies, SSL inspection, and troubleshooting end-user web traffic issues.

Palo Alto Firewall Rulebase Implementation and Monitoring
Knowledgeable in configuring and managing security policies, NAT rules, and App-ID-based filtering, as well as monitoring logs through Panorama or firewall GUI/CLI to support incident response activities.

Cisco Routing and Switching Configuration and Support
Aware of executing configuration and maintenance of routing protocols (OSPF/EIGRP), VLANs, trunking, and port security,



while supporting L2/L3 network troubleshooting tasks.

Cisco Firepower (FTD) Policy Deployment and Threat Prevention
Aware of assisting in deploying Access Control Policies (ACP), Intrusion Policies, and URL filtering within FMC (Firepower Management Center), as well as monitoring alerts and escalating anomalies.

Communicates clearly, concisely, and professionally across all levels of interaction. Works efficiently within cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment during issue resolution. Handles escalations effectively by providing comprehensive analysis, relevant logs, and detailed observations to higher-level teams, enabling faster and more accurate resolution.

Supervises junior employees, ensures delivery quality and standards adherence, and supports onboarding, training, and stakeholder coordination.

Provides second-level support, reviews junior employees work, and offers day-to-day guidance to improve quality and first-time resolution.
