§ Build Agri base of FPOs (Farm Producer Organisations), SHG(Self Help Group) and Dairy Points and other Rural businesses in the District(One Location)
§ Responsible for Sales of Agri Input, Agri Wholesale and Agri Retail Products to or from FPOs, SHG & Dairy Points with Financial Products in the District
§ Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing and product management to drive sales
Key Skills/Abilities:
§ Understanding of Agri FPOs, SHGs & Dairy Points
§ Ability to establish product, schemes, processes and business plans
§ GMV Handled: 0 - 5 lacs per month sales
§ Mandatory Requirement: Own Bike & Driving Licence; Own Smartphone; Local resident (> 5 Years); Proficient in Local Language; No Loan Default History
§ An Individual who can earn high degree of credibility with ownership and ability to perform in high achievement orientation
