Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate VMC CNC machines.
- Load raw materials and fixtures into the machine.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Input or verify CNC programs and offsets.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and machine parameters.
- Monitor machining operations for quality and accuracy.
- Measure finished parts using measuring instruments such as:
- Vernier caliper
- Micrometer
- Height gauge
- Bore gauge
- Perform tool changes and minor machine adjustments.
- Inspect finished components to ensure tolerance compliance.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance.
- Record production data and inspection reports.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations
- Understanding of G-code and M-code basics
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Valuable teamwork and communication
