Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive
Location: Swaroopganj, Sirohi
Experience: Fresher to 2 years experience in sales and previous experience in the smartphone or electronics retail sector .
Salary: 10,000 - 40,000 per month (Fixed Salary + Incentives)
Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Persons to join our retail team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in smartphone or electronics sales and possess excellent product knowledge and communication skills. The role requires achieving sales targets, driving customer engagement, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of smartphones, mobile accessories, and electronic products.
Explain features, perks, and promotional schemes to customers.
Engage with walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
Maintain product displays,



stock management, and store cleanliness.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
Stay updated with the latest mobile phones, gadgets, and industry trends.
Assist in promotional campaigns and sales activities.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve targets under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (billing systems, POS).
Team player with a customer-first attitude.
