Clout Lab is a fast-growing influencer marketing and digital marketing agency that helps brands build a strong online presence through content, social media management, and creator collaborations. We work with brands across multiple industries and are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts for multiple client brands.

- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.

- Write engaging captions and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators. - Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.

- Stay updated with social media trends and recommend new content ideas. - Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports for clients.

- Ensure all content aligns with each brand's voice and marketing goals.

- Work closely with the Clout Lab team to deliver campaigns on time.





Requirements

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.

- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

- Experience using scheduling and analytics tools is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

- Understanding of influencer marketing.

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
