- Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
- Sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives

2. Facilitation Skills

- Conduct effective Scrum ceremonies
- Keep meetings focused and productive
- Encourage participation from all team members
- Drive decision-making and consensus

3. Servant Leadership

- Lead by influence rather than authority
- Support and coach team members
- Foster self-organizing teams
- Remove impediments proactively

4. Communication Skills

- Robust verbal and written communication
- Stakeholder management
- Conflict resolution and mediation
- Active listening

5. Coaching & Mentoring

- Coach teams on Agile best practices
- Guide Product Owners and stakeholders
- Help teams continuously improve
- Develop Agile mindset across the organization
