Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Lead tractor/subsystem teardown and strip-down activities and prepare detailed reports.
Support benchmarking and evaluation of emerging technologies such as Electrification, Telematics, Connected Systems, Sensors, Smart Controls, and Precision Agriculture applications.
Perform 3D scanning, reverse engineering, and CAD modeling of benchmark tractors, systems, and components; develop and maintain a digital 3D model library.
Support technology scouting activities by identifying and assessing creative solutions applicable to future tractor platforms
Manage laboratory operations, equipment utilization, technical databases, benchmark reports, and engineering documentation.
