Key Responsibilities:

- Delivery Leadership: Oversee multiple Delivery Heads and ensure high-quality delivery across all client engagements, programs, and projects.
- Presales & Solutioning: Lead presales efforts, solution architecture reviews, and client proposal support; hands-on involvement in strategic engagements where needed.
- GTM Strategy Execution: Drive go-to-market strategies for IT Services offerings across AI, Infra, and Cloud, working with sales and marketing teams to create growth opportunities.
- Talent Management: Hire, develop, and retain Delivery Heads, Solution Architects, and key technical resources, building a high-performing delivery organization.
- Revenue Growth: Strategically increase revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and delivery excellence; ensure P&L; accountability.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and executive clients, providing references and demonstrating delivery credibility.
- Operational Excellence: Implement scalable delivery processes, SLA adherence,



quality standards, and governance frameworks across multiple accounts and geographies.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Experience: Maximum 20 years in IT Services with leadership roles in delivery, presales, or practice leadership.
- Past Roles: CDO, CTO, or SVP of Delivery in IT Services organizations.
- Technical Expertise: Solid hands-on knowledge in AI, Infrastructure, and Cloud technologies.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple Delivery Heads and large technical teams.
- Presales & Solutioning: Expertise in presales, solution architecture, and enterprise client solutioning.
- GTM & Revenue Growth: Experience in go-to-market strategies and driving significant revenue growth.
- Client Relationships: Ability to provide CIO/CTO references and maintain strong executive-level client relationships.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Location Requirement: Must be based in Bangalore and working from office.
