- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per production and customer schedules.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with approved transporters.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as Invoice, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, LR, and Packing List.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, QA, Sales, and Commercial teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain dispatch records, freight details, and ERP entries.
- Verify transporter invoices before processing for payment.
- Ensure compliance with GST, transport regulations, and safe handling of chemical products.
- Monitor vehicle turnaround time and resolve logistics-related issues.
- Support inventory reconciliation and follow FIFO/FEFO practices during dispatch.





Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any relevant discipline.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in logistics or dispatch, preferably in a chemical or manufacturing industry.

Skills

- Knowledge of dispatch documentation and E-Way Bills.
- Working knowledge of ERP and MS Excel.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and planning skills.
- Understanding of logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
