Job Description

The primary responsibilities of the RRIA to include:

1. Content Research & Development

- Identify, research, curate, and update regulatory content across BFSI and other regulated sectors (e.g., pharma, aviation, energy, healthcare and environment).
- Structure and refine content to align with Alpha Plus product requirements.

2. Regulatory Compliance Management

- Assist in developing and updating industry-specific compliance obligations.
- Participate in compliance mapping exercises for current and existing client implementations across the country.

3. Compliance Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain structured Compliance Manuals for clients.
- Draft summaries and synopses of emerging regulations, circulars, master directions, new articles and key speeches from regulatory bodies.

4. AI-Enabled Research Initiatives

- Leverage AI tools to automate content processing, classification, summarization, and data extraction.

5. Project Coordination & Communication

- Maintain accurate research logs, activity trackers, and data reports for departmental review.
- Support the CEO, Department Head, and other senior stakeholders with timely information and updates.

6. Consulting & Training Support

- Assist in executing compliance consulting and training assignments, as required.

7. Special Projects





- Undertake special research initiatives and strategic projects aligned with departmental goals.

8. Other Duties

- Execute any additional tasks as assigned by the Manager/Department Head/Senior Management.

Educational Qualifications

- BMS/ BAF/ BBI/BFM/ B. Com. Hons./ PG in Banking field/ Banking Courses or Regulatory Studies

Essential Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and statutory compliance concepts
- Demonstrated research, analytical, and summarization skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Basic computer skills are a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines
- Interest in acquiring knowledge and research & information analysis for the Banking domain

Added Advantage Qualification / Skill-sets

- Prior experience in dealing with Regulatory framework
- Very powerful command on English, especially gisting, paraphrasing and summarization
- Knowledge of current developments in BFSI sector
- Good analytical skills
- Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, document classifiers, NLP models, etc.
