We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and end-to-end finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete accounting function of the organization, ensuring accurate recording and maintenance of all financial transactions.
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including purchase, sales, journal, payment, receipt, and contra entries in Tally Prime.
- Maintain General Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book, Trial Balance, and other financial records with accuracy.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including vendor payments, customer collections, and account reconciliations.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and monitor daily cash and bank transactions.
- Handle complete GST compliance, including GST accounting, Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation, preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, E-Way Bills, E-Invoicing, and resolution of GST-related queries.
- Manage complete TDS compliance, including deduction, deposit, quarterly return filing (24Q, 26Q, etc.),



Form 16/Form 16A generation, and reconciliation through TRACES and Form 26AS.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and all other applicable statutory regulations.
- Assist in payroll accounting by recording salary entries, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and employee-related accounting transactions.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Registers, depreciation schedules, and inventory-related accounting records.
- Verify invoices, purchase bills, expense claims, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, Auditors, Banks, Government Authorities, vendors, and internal departments for financial and statutory matters.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities and ensure timely completion of books of accounts.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure all records are audit-ready at all times.
- Monitor statutory due dates and ensure timely filing of all tax returns and regulatory compliances.
- Identify accounting discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, GST Act, Income Tax Act, Companies Act, and other financial regulations.

Required Skills





- Robust knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
- Hands-on experience in Tally Prime.
- Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reports, Lookup Functions, etc.).
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
- CA Inter qualification will be an added advantage.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, D2C, Retail, or Trading Industry will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
