We are looking for a passionate and confident Business Development Associate who can help us connect with new clients, explain our services, generate leads, and support the growth of Vyolve Tale.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for finding potential customers, reaching out to businesses, explaining Vyolve Tale’s services, maintaining client communication, and supporting the sales and growth process.

This is a work-from-office role, suitable for someone who wants to learn business development, sales, marketing, branding, client communication, and startup operations from the ground level.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients, businesses, founders, creators, authors, and local brands.
- Reach out to leads through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Explain Vyolve Tale’s services clearly and professionally.
- Maintain lead sheets and update follow-up status regularly.
- Schedule meetings or calls with interested clients.
- Support client onboarding and basic coordination.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, pitch notes, and service explanations.




- Build relationships with potential customers and local business owners.
- Work closely with the internal team for branding, marketing, storytelling, and business growth projects.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Required Skills

- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confidence in speaking with new people.
- Basic understanding of business, marketing, branding, or social media.
- Willingness to learn sales and client communication.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and consistency.
- Ability to follow up with leads professionally.

Compensation

- Fixed Pay: ₹5,000 per month
- Additional Bonus/Incentive: Based on performance, lead conversion, and business targets
