Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement operations, including packaging materials, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely availability of materials for smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure raw materials, packaging materials, and other required items
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation
- Conduct cost comparisons and ensure cost control




- Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts teams
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of procurement and vendor management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities

Qualifications

- Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Com / MBA preferred)
