We are looking for a responsible and accountable individual to support the day-to-day operations of our makeup academy.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate a team of 5 members, including housekeeping and cook.
- Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth functioning of the academy and accommodation.
- Handle enquiries received through Instagram, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Counsel prospective students and guide them through the makeup course enrollment process.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate with students regarding accommodation and other requirements.
- Maintain enquiry records and provide regular updates on admissions and operations.
- Take ownership of daily operations and ensure tasks are completed on time.
