Key Responsibilities
- Guest luggage assistance during check-in, check-out, and transfers
- Escort guests to rooms and explain room features
- Lobby assistance and maintaining a welcoming entry area
- Delivery of guest requests and messages to rooms
Requirements & Experience
- Prior hospitality experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome
- Polite, helpful personality and good physical stamina
- Skilled grooming and positive attitude
