About the Program:

Project Umang focuses on providing quality education to the students studying in government-aided schools. It aims to create an eco-system in the school encouraging holistic development of children. The focus areas of the program are:

- Improving the learning level efficiency of students.
- Promotion of activity-based learning
- Engaging students through different events & competitions throughout the year
- Conducting expert-based workshops & trainings for students & teachers
- Work in coordination with education & government officials to provide support to the project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and work with schools & communities covered under the project.




- Assist the immediate supervisor in the timely execution of the programmatic activities on the field.
- Developing monthly planning and execution of the activities.
- Support the project lead in reporting & documentation.
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your line manager.

Qualification:
Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline with B.Ed or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

Experience:

Freshers or maximum 1 year of experience in the development sector.

Required Skills and Competencies:

- Robust hold on Gujarati language (read, write & speak) is a compulsion. Candidates with good English proficiency shall be preferred.
- Ability to work with children & community under education project & community development.
- Willingness to undertake field travel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Function as a team player
- Ability to meet the reporting deadlines

Position Availability: Immediate

Salary: The salary shall commensurate with the experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
