We are looking for a Civil Engineer with experience in building finishing materials, purchase coordination, and quantity surveying. The ideal candidate should have sound technical knowledge of civil works, be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, and possess strong analytical and negotiation skills to support project execution efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity estimates and BOQs for building finishing works.
- Handle procurement of building finishing materials such as tiles, marble, sanitaryware, paint, hardware, electrical fittings, and other related items.
- Obtain quotations, compare vendor prices, negotiate rates, and finalize purchase orders.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, project teams, and site engineers to ensure timely material delivery.
- Verify material specifications, quality, and quantities as per project requirements.
- Monitor material consumption and maintain purchase and inventory records.
- Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and project cost control.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and documentation using MS Office.




- Review drawings and prepare quantity take-offs using AutoCAD.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and company procurement procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in civil construction, purchase, and quantity surveying.
- Positive knowledge of building finishing materials and vendor management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and material planning.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.
