Job Description

- Perform advanced data validation, quality checks, and analysis to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of research data deliverables
- Analyze complex and large datasets to identify trends, patterns, inconsistencies, and data quality issues
- Execute and validate data outputs while ensuring adherence to defined quality standards and project timelines
- Conduct detailed data reviews and troubleshooting to identify and resolve data-related issues prior to final delivery
- Utilize Advanced Excel and SPSS for data analysis, validation, reporting, and quality assurance activities
- Collaborate closely with Survey Programming, Operations, and Data Processing teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure smooth project execution
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members on data validation methodologies, tools, and quality standards
- Identify opportunities to improve data processing workflows and recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and consistency

Skills Required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify data quality issues
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, etc.)




- Robust working knowledge of SPSS for data analysis, validation, and reporting
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large volumes of information with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the capability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Proactive approach towards problem-solving, process improvement, and continuous learning

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field with minimum 3 years of experience in Advanced Excel and SPSS; experience with Quantum is preferred
- Experience with data processing tools or research data platforms will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with Dimensions (Unicorn Base Professional) is beneficial
