We are looking for a HubSpot Developer responsible for developing and designing activities on the HubSpot platform. Not limited, but also involved in creating marketing automation strategies.
Role Introduction:
Development Side
- Experience using HubSpot's CMS Hub for website development.
- Worked on HubSpot landing page templates and integrations.
- Experience in maintaining and enhancing the HubSpot site.
- Very strong HTML, CSS and JS skillset.
- Preferred HubSpot administration experience
- You must have experience using HubSpot's CMS Hub for website development.
- You have worked on HubSpot Landing Page Templates and Integrations
- Onboard and implement the HubSpot portal for new employees.
- Customize Quote creation Business Unit wise/product wise.
Marketing Side
- Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, and email campaigns, including template designs (emails and landing pages), calls-to-action, etc within the HubSpot platform.
- Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc).
- Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
- Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing email sends productivity.
- Develop tests and optimize results.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure campaign and lead management best practices.
- Analytical skills are suitable for campaign measurement and knowledge of crucial marketing campaign metrics.
- Create reports and dashboards at BU level and for marketing.
Requirements:
- Extensive HubSpot experience of 4 years.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (.json, .js), HubDB, and HubL is a must.
- Understanding of how to implement HubSpot CMS standard e.g branding colours/logotypes.
- Awareness of the importance of brand/corporate identity.
- Experience working on a global content or marketing platform that is used in multiple languages
- Prior experience working with external website development agencies.
- Project management software experience with familiarity of relevant software (Asana / Basecamp / JIRA).
