We are looking for an IT Executive to support ERP operations and ensure smooth system functionality across departments. The role involves handling ERP processes, user support, and coordination with internal teams.

What you will do? (Roles):

1.ERP System Support

Provide day-to-day support for ERP users. Assist employees with ERP-related issues and troubleshooting. Monitor ERP system performance and report problems.

2.User Management

Create and manage ERP user accounts. Assign roles and access permissions. Maintain user records and login credentials.

3.Data Management

Assist in master data creation (products, vendors, customers, employees). Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the ERP system. Monitor data integrity and consistency.

4.Implementation Support

Support ERP implementation activities across departments.



Coordinate with ERP consultants or vendors. Assist in module testing and system upgrades.

5.Training & Documentation

Provide basic ERP training to employees. Prepare user manuals and SOPs for ERP usage. Document ERP issues and resolutions.

6.Reporting Generate

ERP reports for management and departments. Assist in data analysis and report preparation.

7.IT Coordination

Coordinate with IT team for system integrations. Support hardware/network requirements related to ERP operations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / BCA / B.Sc IT / B.E IT or related field.

Experience:-

0 – 2 years experience in ERP support / IT support preferred Freshers with ERP knowledge can also apply.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
