Responsible for end-to-end accounting. Revenue booking/Expense booking, asset Accounting, General ledger. Make sure all accounting data entries are done on timely manner.
Preparation of monthly management accounts and management information reports, which should include profitability of each center in the country and cash flow projections.
Responsible for reviewing the books of accounts and reporting any discrepancies to the reporting manager.
Reviewing all bank and control account reconciliations on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and clearing them of outstanding items.
Coordination with the operations counterparts and other enabled units to close open issues
Overview reconciliation, namely Cash, bank, Embassy, Vendor, VAS reconciliation which includes products, services, and customers.
Responsible for sending timely and detailed accounting information to MIS team.
Responsible for ledger scrutiny
Responsible for verification of Daily Application Report (DARs) and gives sign off on correctness of DARs
Suggest changes in business processes (finance related) to meet local country requirements.
Works with Regional and Country Operational Heads and takes day to day instructions from them.
Ensure local tax compliance and meeting statutory deadlines.
Ensure tax is collection and tax payment are correctly recorded and offset
Month end closure and review of financials both P&L;, Balance sheet, Budgeting and Forecasting and Variance analysis.
During month end closing, candidate should work over the weekends and should be ready to do overtime
Pay: ₹10,709.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
