The ARCS/EPBCS Principal Technical Specialist will serve as a lead expert in the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) solutions. This senior role requires deep technical proficiency, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion. The specialist will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver robust, scalable, and productive EPM cloud solutions. This position demands a blend of technical mastery, functional understanding of financial processes, and excellent client-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle ARCS and EPBCS solutions, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Architect and design complex ARCS and EPBCS applications, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices for performance and scalability.
- Develop and implement data integration strategies using tools such as Data Management, EPM Automate, FDMEE,



and other relevant technologies to connect source systems with ARCS and EPBCS.
- Configure and optimize ARCS modules for reconciliation compliance, transaction matching, and close management processes.
- Configure and optimize EPBCS modules for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, including workforce, capital, projects, and strategic modeling.
- Provide expert guidance and technical leadership to project teams and clients on EPM cloud functionalities, capabilities, and limitations.
- Perform system administration tasks, including security setup, metadata management, rule development, and performance tuning for ARCS and EPBCS environments.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions and documentation for end-users and system administrators.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ARCS and EPBCS applications, data integrity, and system performance.
- Stay abreast of new Oracle EPM Cloud features and updates, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
