During the training you will be exposed to

- Client Interaction- Job Understanding, Requirement Gathering
- End to End Recruitment (Sourcing to Onboarding)
- Posting job ads on qualified sites, job sites and social media
- Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
- Communicating with candidates and helping them make informed decision.
- Use recruiting software to keep track of the various stages of recruitment cycle.
- Planning and participating in various recruitment events.
- Enabling a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements and skills

- Any graduate with one plus year experience in handling Manufacturing recruitment from Recruitment Organization or from Manufacturing Organization .
- Tech-savvy and Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving aptitude and Critical-thinking skill.
- High result orientation.
