About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Business One (SAP B1) Implementation Consultant / Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP Business One implementation projects across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and trading industries. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise along with project management capabilities to successfully deliver implementation projects and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

SAP B1 Implementation & Consulting

- Lead full-cycle SAP Business One implementations including current database creation, requirement gathering, business process analysis, business blueprint preparation, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, cutover activities, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Document client requirements and prepare implementation-related documentation.
- Configure and support SAP B1 modules including:
- Finance & Accounting
- Sales & CRM
- Purchasing
- Inventory & Warehouse
- Production / MRP
- Service Management

- Recommend best-practice business solutions and process improvements.
- Configure SAP Add-ons and coordinate with technical teams for:

- Add-ons
- Crystal Reports
- SQL/HANA queries
- Integrations
- Data migration
- Cutover balances upload

Project Management

- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholder communication, and project-related task management.
- Lead client workshops, steering meetings, UAT sessions,



and provide end-user training.
- Resolve SAP B1 user queries and support issue resolution during and after implementation.
- Ensure successful project delivery within scope and timelines.
- Handle multiple concurrent implementation projects.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Build long-term customer relationships and provide strategic consulting.
- Collaborate with sales and presales teams for solution demonstrations and estimations.

Team Leadership

- Mentor junior consultants and implementation teams.
- Support knowledge sharing and process standardization across projects.

Experience

7–10 Years

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- 7–10 years of SAP Business One implementation experience.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP B1 implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, inventory, sales, purchasing, and operations processes.
- Experience with SAP B1 on SQL and/or HANA.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

- SAP B1 Certification.
- PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification is an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or trading industries.
- Knowledge of Boyum, beas, Produmex, or other SAP B1 add-ons.
- Familiarity with SQL queries and reporting tools.
