- Handling complete Railway Tender process on various e-tender portals
- Working knowledge of Railway tender platforms including Eproc2 and GeM Portal
- Searching, analyzing, and downloading tender documents
- Preparation and submission of technical & commercial bids
- Coordination with accounts, technical, and management teams for tender documentation
- Preparation of BOQ, compliance sheets, EMD, and required annexures
- Monitoring tender deadlines, corrigendum, and bid status
- Maintaining tender records and documentation properly
- Knowledge of vendor registration and portal handling preferred
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Railway Tender procedures
- Experience in Eproc2 and GeM portal operations
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PDF documentation
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadline pressure
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 Years experience in Railway Tender handling preferred
