We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing bills accurately during the night shift, ensuring timely and error-free billing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate bills accurately during the night shift.
- Verify billing data and ensure all information is correct before processing.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Ensure timely completion of daily billing activities.
- Update billing reports and maintain data accuracy.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to billing operations.
- Assist in preparing billing summaries and reports as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or related operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel Tally and billing software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
