Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Telibandha, Vishal Nagar, Raipur (C.G.)

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Qualification: Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Business Administration preferred)
Experience: 5–10 years in Sales, with at least 3 years in a Team Handling or Managerial role.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Generate recent business opportunities through field visits, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, private companies, institutions, and key decision-makers.
- Drive business development in sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Government, and Corporate.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Tender,



and Project teams for smooth project execution.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team handling or sales management.
- Experience in B2B, Government, Institutional, Corporate, or Project Sales will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and client visits.
