- 3–5 years of experience in sales & marketing (pump / machinery industry mandatory)
- Solid knowledge of industrial pumps / mechanical equipment
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle B2B / industrial clients
- Willingness to travel within region
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for pumps / industrial machinery
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Handle key customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships
- Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth
- Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, service)
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
- Manage client meetings, negotiations, and order closures
- Support tendering and project-based sales

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
