Job Summary

Lere Academy is looking for a creative and results-driven Content Writer + Social Media Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, creativity, and hands-on experience in managing social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, emails, and advertisements.
- Create captions, headlines, and promotional content for marketing campaigns.
- Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Plan and schedule content using a monthly content calendar.
- Coordinate with the design team to create creative posts and marketing materials.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Conduct keyword research and write SEO-friendly content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms,



and digital marketing strategies.
- Support lead generation campaigns through engaging content.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Content Writing and Social Media Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong creative writing and copywriting abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO content writing.
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Canva and AI content tools such as ChatGPT is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
